I am 30 years old, celiac for 2 years, I had a good 28 years to eat everything and therefore I am well aware of the differences between gluten free and non gluten free products.
At Dolcelia, after a long time, I finally had the pleasure of eating a spectacular brioche, it was soft as a cloud and moreover, also lactose free (for those who, like me, are sensitive to gluten in addition to gluten) among the most never eaten good, also appreciated by my friends (not intolerant / celiac) absolutely very, very recommended.
