Ifor - Physiotherapy Center Orthopedic rehabilitation

Excellent physiotherapy center. Clean and tidy environment. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Especially the physiotherapist Stefano who with his therapy took away my back problems. I highly recommend it, only problem is the parking in the area. At some times it is impossible to find a place for the car.

My recent experience (I finished on Friday July 31st) is more than positive. The missing star goes to the gym: fairly listless staff, chatting aloud about private facts about them and more. Waiting between one exercise and the other too long: the consequence is negative. An immense applause instead goes to the operator DANIELE (unfortunately I only had him 2 days on Thursday -) because VERY professional and prepared. Thanks Daniele. I emphasize that there was not too much turnout of patients that I could not follow well. Operators: ZERO.

I booked 4 sessions of HILTERAPIA at the facility. At the reception they tell me that a session will last 20 minutes, also on the first appointment to bring previous reports. The first session the young operator (calling him a therapist is out of place) did not even look at the plates and previous RSMs, on the contrary, he was careful to do it quickly because there was not much time. The session lasted about 15 minutes. Second session, another young operator, same duration, but even worse interrupted by training to another young operator. Very unprofessional attitude. Third and fourth sessions canceled. Completely unsatisfactory IFOR experience. Lorenzo.

Really prepared and professional staff, starting from the business card (the reception) really great people! For everything else, trained, professional, and ready to try to solve "physical" problems! The only flaw .... do not work miracles, but I think they are already gearing up!
