After being bounced from one office to another, a policeman at the entrance, otherwise polite, informs me that the URP office is closed and "we don't know when it will reopen" ... but what is the answer? He tells me to try calling. I've been trying to call for a week and no one answers or they get up and throw down. That is, but without a public relations office, how should a citizen get information from the police ??? Obviously office opening hours and numbers are beautifully and unnecessarily posted on the police website. State of the art disorganization.
