Absolutely amazing experience! I'd do it again and again and again...

Experience absolutely to do if you are on holiday near Sauris. I recommend booking online especially during peak periods because there are few places available and you risk not being able to go up. There is a minibus that leaves right from the headquarters and leads to the first launch station. Another 2 follow and finally there is another van that takes you back to the place of departure. A bit expensive but very nice experience

A beautiful flight between the Carnic mountains and over Lake Sauris (the most beautiful emotion!). Recommended for all adrenaline lovers and also for those who want to get involved ..... staff very prepared and willing to provide any clarification. Excellent organization, only advice .... give the possibility to rent the go pro, it would be a gem that would give that something extra.

Experience to do absolutely, truly exciting, a breathtaking view! And one thing I particularly appreciated is the very kind and very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended

Beautiful experience in a wonderful setting, with qualified, caring and kind assistants. However, the great regret of how the booking was handled by the management remains. 10 days before the launch booked via the web (gift to my wife and me). On 24 October the government issues a new dpcm, with further restrictions, but no news from the zip line staff regarding a possible blocking of the experience we had to do. Until Thursday afternoon, where I get an email that everything has been deleted, then calls and emails are followed with the management to understand the reasons for the cancellation and the search for a refund and they tell us that for Saturday (last day of the season until to spring) everything is blocked. But on Friday it is still possible to do it. At that point, a race against time. Luckily we had taken the Friday off from work for some errands and I manage to move a doctor's appointment we had in Verona on Friday afternoon and I get dressed on Saturday morning that we had kept him for the zip line ... But a couple who had joined us for the launch and they had also booked they do not have the same opportunity, and will have to postpone the flight to spring. He arrives on Friday morning, we are around the errands and the secretary calls me who, having evidently not followed the story the day before, asks me why I want a refund of the flight and that it is possible to do it on Saturday, the day I had booked. At this news my arms drop to say the least ... So it was the dpcm or their comforts I wonder? ... We proceed anyway with the new program (I cannot ask again to move the visit to the last hour) even if with considerable inconvenience and racing against time. Because starting from Treviso, not before 13:00 for non-extendable commitments and with 2 and a half hours of road, we risked arriving with little light. In the afternoon we arrive there with a lot of anger and agitation. But I try to restore calm in me and my wife, we have come a long way and invested a lot for this experience (since it is not cheap), I tell him that we must live it as the day I told him we would do it and bring home a beautiful memory. And fortunately it went like this. We enjoyed all the launches and were thrilled. However, what we take home with us is also the lack of transparency, given that when asked if there were other launches on the following day (Saturday), the answer was NO. Knowing that the secretariat had told us otherwise, and the couple of our friends would go there, and it went like this for our friends they jumped in and to their question if that was the last day of the season, they replied, NO EVEN TOMORROW WHICH IS SUNDAY YOU CAN DO IT! ! ! Mockery in mockery and a feeling of being made fun of. This review should not be read as you do not have this experience, because it is really worth doing it, and many people work there and very good, and sorry if for sth the work of others loses. But many questions remain, why did this happen? Why lie? What was the purpose? Did they have other priorities? No comment. I wish you much more luck. But above all much more prudence. If you go a long way to get there and want to invest in this experience, take some time to understand how it will go and how it will be managed. I didn't expect to face this situation when I decided to do it. Unfortunately you never know who you are facing, this time it went badly.
