If I could, I would give 0 star. Unfortunately, that is not possible. I have already heard from people around the area that one specific person (a guy around his 50s) at this VW is famous for being extremely “RUDE” and unpleasant to clients for no reason. It turns out to be very true also from my own experience. I stopped by this office to have some information about a part of my old car on Saturday morning. They told me to come back on Monday or Tuesday. So I went there again on Tuesday informing the receptionist the reason why I was there. She went to inform “this famousely rude guy” that there was a client. I was the only client since I was there right after they were open. Guess what this guy did, he grabs a key and goes out for a drive. I was informed by the receptionist to wait (who knows for how long) saying that the person in charge went out for a test drive and would be back in a while. I couldn’t waste my precious time waiting for a rude guy to return from his drive just because he felt like leaving his client wait as long as he wants. I left the place and for sure I will never go back to this place. I’d rather drive 20-30 minutes to go to another VW in Rovereto instead of wasting time and money on these people who deserve NOTHING but criticism on their doing service. That guy should know that everyone in the area talks about him on how badly he treats anyone who enters their office. My car repairer warned me to be ready for the unpleasant behaviour of this guy. Not only my car repairer, a few other friends of mind told me the same story. How on earth do you treat your clients so that you are so famous for being unpleasant! If you do not want to be influenced and to ruin your mood or your day by this over-the-limit rude person for whom you will even be wasting your money and time, DO NOT go to this place. Look for others who deal with VW around the area. Absolutely to AVOID.

After 2 ladies has checked our very simple problem (changing a bulb in the lamp), we had to wait 45 minutes for nothing, because finally they said they’re going for a lunch and asked us to come back 2 hours later, while we were in the middle of a 12 hours long drive. The problem didn’t get fixed, and we spent 45 minutes for nothing in the middle of a long, exhausting drive.

Performed by cutting for a golf. Very satisfied. Honest price and nice and professional people. I will gladly return!

Had a problem with the exhaust and wanted to have a look at it. After a long discussion, which was translated by a lady at the reception, someone actually lifted the car onto the lift. Even after a lengthy discussion, I was granted access to the workshop and I was able to look at the problem myself. It quickly became clear that I had to replace the exhaust. Unfortunately it takes a few days to get spare parts here, so I couldn't have the exhaust repaired here. To look on the lifting platform, I was 'allowed' to hand the master 30 euros in cash without an invoice. Well, at least I could go on ...

Attention rip-off, actually criminal !!!! Repair of the rear brakes by 2300 euro !!!! I only give one star to post this review. As an avid climber, I visit the Lake Garda region on a regular basis. Furthermore, I am a member of 2erFacebook climbing groups which now counts 18180 users. Of course, I will also describe on these two pages my event, which I had at VW INTERNATIONAL GARAGE in RIVA DEL GARDA. A conventional hitting ball joint right front gave me the opportunity to put my car in this workshop. With the request of a cost estimate, I left my vw bus t4 in this workshop. Only 2 days later I was informed by phone that my rear brakes are broken, and this repair cost 2300 EURO. Since this repair was overpriced anyway, I declined this repair. With the request to mount the brakes again and to account for the effort, came the nasty surprise. Both brake caliper guide bolts were removed with the ANGLE GRINDER so that dismantling was never possible. After the first discussion with the master mechanic he let me after 650 Euro. Since 1650 EURO was still too expensive, I had me send a counter offer from Austria. 1050 EURO costs so a repair in Austria, mind you with original VW parts. As my holiday neared the end and I needed my car again, we agreed to 1530 EURO but with replacements that was still twice overpriced. I would like to point out again the positive reviews come from the staff of the company VW INTERNATIONAL in RIVA DEL GARDA himself. Furthermore, every year at the beginning of the climbing season, I will warn all climbing enthusiasts on all climbing forums not to fall for these scammers, as I do. Finally I drove around 1530 euros relieved with new Nachbaubremsen behind that were not necessary, and the same Traggelenksschaden back to Austria.
