Si iscrivono all'app di TooGoodToGo ma poi non rispettano le prenotazioni fatte dagli utenti. Ridicoli... Rispondere dicendo che è colpa dell'app è veramente infantile. Io sono stato cacciato in modo pessimo come se stessi chiedendo chissà cosa. Non mi è stato detto i box sono finiti, ma :"chi sei, che vuoi, siamo chiusi non ti posso dare niente" è stata la risposta. Vedremo cosa dirà il servizio clienti di toogoodtogo della vostra risposta. Io rifletto, ma mi chiedo come mai io sia stato trattato male senza alcun motivo. Parte 2: Il servizio clienti mi ha risposto dicendomi che quella sera il Punto G non aveva "invenduto" quindi non aveva disponibili box(quando sull'app ne avevano messi 3). Morale della favola, non c'è stato nessun box dato ad un'altra persona invece che a me (come falsamente ha scritto il propietario). La cosa è semplice, non hanno cancellato la disponibilità dei box prima dell'orario di ritiro e mi hanno fatto andare "a vuoto". Gentilissimi e complimenti per la professionalità e maturtità. In allegato lo screenshot della risposta alla review del proprietario e lo screenshot(cosi anche se la "editi" resta) della risposta del servizio clienti.

Happened by chance in this place during a business trip. Plentiful platter of cold cuts and cheeses, quality beers. Arrosticini (especially those of liver) very good. The highlight, however, was the dough of the pinsa with rice flour, corn and soy. From 10 and praise !!! Good good good !!! PS: the waiters are very kind, fast, they know perfectly what is on the menu as well as the organoleptic properties of the beers. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED !!!!

Experience to forget unfortunately the absolute unpreparedness of the waitresses on the beers on the menu and the absolute inability of the restaurant manager prevented us from ordering the desired beers. I would say to change jobs .. since they have 8 beers on tap on the menu but they do not even know the name .. Although indicated to 4 different waitresses 4 times. Too bad for them. The three of us managed to order only 5 mediums ... We would have stayed for at least another 3 laps. But those who do not know how to do their job do not deserve to earn ... There are many better places in L'Aquila.
