I would like to thank Doctor Vullo for his professionalism and his kind staff for the precious work done so far in my mouth. Last Friday I had a session for the surgery of the 2 screws of 2 implants (molar and premolar). The surgery started at 09:15, was followed by two assistants (1 to keep the mouth clean during the surgery and the other for the continuous preparation of the necessary equipment). First, the Doctor wanted to verify that the regenerative material inserted in March by my previous dentist had adhered well without any residue of the cyst which forced the extraction of the old tooth; then, in less than 1 hour he implanted the screws with a spectacular application protocol, starting with small drill bits and gradually enlarging the hole and making sure not to go too deep thanks to the limiters (thank you very much because I have never felt any harm and above all he has a particularly peaceful character with his assistants in case they make some small mistake) he concluded then, after the usual photos (I thought he wanted to publish him too in magazines of the sector to tell the methodology used as the previous doctor told me, but he explained that it was for insurance), with the suture performed with a very fine thread and with the "modified mattress" technique. At 10:20 am I was out of the office and have never taken any painkillers to date. I chose this study because it is actually an agreement with Company Insurance, but I can tell you that the estimate of all the work compared to that of the previous Dentist's Office is even lower, so I recommend it from all points of view, indeed the implants put in over the years the previous ones are with cemented teeth already detached several times, the two screws are of the latest generation with the definitive tooth that can be screwed and not cemented.
