Solved by telephone a gearbox problem which in FIAT, after verification by the mechanic, had been replaced. I called the Ricci workshop and, telling the malfunction on the phone, they identified the problem that I personally solved without even getting my hands dirty and without replacing anything. Professional, professional and honest.
