All agents (also in other sectors) work for the commission but there are those who, behind the good dialectic, hide a weak motivation and the void in terms of specific skills in their sector: today they sell real estate but in the same way they could sell any else. These are the agents that "disturb", since as a customer I do not perceive any consultancy contributions, but I only perceive the commission that comes out of my pocket for the inevitable "through".
