Absolutely negative experience: ask for product availability info by phone they tell me it is available, I go on purpose starting from several km away being Sunday, I go send my husband back saying that there is no shop despite the availability of video. I call by phone because, being a product from the fridge, it could have been that the order was not looking for it in the right place. The pharmacist who answers the phone laughs at me several times saying that everyone does his job but magically after this check (evidently in the right place) the drug is found. The least was to apologize for having made a trip for nothing, instead nothing but giggles of superiority. Really uneducated behavior, which indicates a lack of respect for the customer.
Excellent experience, the employees are very professional and prepared. I always use them!
