Attention: the prices are too high!! I bought a MTB Goggle which was reduced from 135€ to 109€...Original price on the brand website is 89€. The service was also bad. Two sales persons waited behind the cash desk. At the payment process i asked one of them how i can change the glasses..the answer: dont’ worry it‘s very easy...but she could not explain how it works.....this is really one of my worst shopping experience i ever had.

The staff is not customer oriented, rude and arrogant .. there are several better options if you want to buy or rent sports equipment in livigno.. highly not recommended

This is the worst experience ever. Rented an apartment from these thiefs. The apartments are dated with old, broken appliances which they try to take the money off you. Cups, dishes and glasses are not enough for 4 people, towels are scruffy and old, bedding smelly. On the first day the owner took 20 euros for the ski pass deposit, later on asked again and pretended that we didn’t give her. But the worst happened at the end, they didn’t return the deposit, saying that they have to withhold the money for the cleaning, as our cleaning wasn’t professional enough! Seriously!?!?!? Do you want me to come to Livigno with a hoover and a cleaning team. We swept and mopped the whole apartment although I thought that this was not necessary. Ridiculous to say the least. Don’t rent anything from them!

Hi all, we rent a pair is skis at Sport Azzurro Livigno. The “brake” was broken from the beginning. As a result of this the ski have loosen and fall off a couple of times into tree and other things..., We found it out the first day, get to the shop and told the owner. They looked at it, took it away and said he have fixed the brake!. But the day after we had the same problem and the ski fall of in a simple jump. When we looked closer we see that the binder was broken, as a result of the broken brake and the fact that it have crashed in to trees! When we get back and told the ski was broken based on the broken brake they said it is our fault.. ”You need to pay because you have broken the ski. It’s not my problem, it’s up to you...” BUT the ski broke BECAUSE off the broken brake that was broken from the beginning!! Very bad service! A big no no!!!
