I'm Sport

I wanted to share with you my worst cycling experience ever. We have been riding bikes for a long time. We've already had brands such as Canyon, Commencal, Radon and YT. We wanted to test a Specialized Stumpjumper bike during our cycling holiday in Livigno. We chose the I'm Sport store and service. Unfortunately, we got bikes completely unprepared for testing. Only the size and pedals were chosen correctly (according to our wishes). As a result, the bikes behaved unpredictably on the route and rode badly. First of all, because of too high tire pressure and not adjusted suspension to the weight and the inability to lower the adjustable seatpost. Is it a really good idea to give for test a bike with a basic Rythm 34 and Guide R brakes with almost no adjustment to encourage you to buy a bike with 29" wheels ? Probably to scare the customer away. As a result, our experience with the Specialized brand is as bad as possible. For this, renting a bike for a Specialized test is expensive. EUR 40 per day per bike. In addition, a penalty for 20 minutes late in returning the bike an additional 20 euros per bike. I would expect a proportional penalty. I would add that I wanted to return my bike after one ride because it threatened my health. By being unprepared. Unfortunately, the interruption of the store's operation from 12.30 to 15.00 prevented me to do it. The unprofessionalism of the service and the "I'm Sport" store and service in Livigno is shameful and destroys the good image of the Specialized brand.

"I'm Sport" is more shop and service bike , but is really accurate and friendly service where you can find as utmost services , good test-bike equipment , suggestion , good pricing and huge attention.....
