I'll start with the pros: Lovely views. Good location just get the funicular. Don't walk like us, bunch of mugs we are. Really nice pool. Decent lobby. Rooms were just a little tired and could do with a bit TLC but decent hotel all in all

My husband & I were meant to stay at Hotel la Floridiana for a week, but ended up staying for two because we absolutely loved it there! The service is as immaculate as the decor, and the pool is absolute bliss. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the fresh breakfast buffet each morning was truly a highlight of our trip. All of the staff were so lovely and very accommodating - we truly couldn't recommend this hotel more highly, and look forward to returning very soon!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was very pretty and the restaurant was as well. The restaurant had a terrace with a few tables with a beautiful view. The food was excellent, the waiters very accommodating and attentive. There was a very relaxed vibe. You felt like you were on vacation from the moment you stepped in. The location was a little bit off the beaten path but we were still able to walk everywhere. That could be a plus or minus, depending on what you’re looking for. Overall, we loved it there.

What a gem! We loved every moment here and did not want to check out. Really unfortunate to have to leave. You can easily stay here a week and just enjoy the silence and beauty. Our room had a sea view with a spacious ensuite and big double bed. Lovely two ladies at the front desk were very helpful always. Breakfast was perfect - omlette, fresh bread, cheese, yogurt, crispy croissants and nice coffee. Calm atmosphere. Was still too chilly for the pool but I'm sure it's amazing. Will definitely be back. Don't believe reviews on Booking - totally unreliable resource.

We stayed at 10 different hotels during our 3 week vacation in central Italy, and this one was only second to the Excelsior in Naples. Clean, modern, a little pricey, but the breakfast buffet was excellent, rooms very clean and modern, and the food in the restaurant good.
