Headquarters never traceable, courier on slackers and which instead of delivering the parcels indicates at random unknown or indicates as not found at home without even getting out of the van. The general management of Milan is not far behind, responding to emails with standard phrases and completely disinterested in customers. 1 star is already too much. For GLS they should use pooches.

The incompetence in the world of express couriers. My expedition arrived yesterday morning from Naples, yesterday did not pass, and to this day (17:20) have not yet been seen. And I here at home waiting. Much better the Italian Post Office. The shipment arrived at 17:25, I think thanks to customer service after my complaint. Second disservice: Another disservice today. The customer service delivery confirmation today, but the courier has not yet passed. It's 19:12 !!!
