I was travelling solo to Venice and you cannot book a shared shuttle from the airport to Venice if you are one only. I emailed them to see if I could join another shuttle and they said to check when I landed. I was lucky because there was space for me with two other couples. £30. one way. Very friendly and professional service.

We recently took a cruise to the Greek Isles and extended our stay at the port in Venezia, Italy. We utilized the water taxi service/transfer services of Bucintoro Viaggi four (4) times during our trip. The service provided was prompt and courteous. Our travel agent failed to provide us with a voucher for one of our transfers, but the Bucintoro Viaggi taxi service agent found our pre-paid reservation in the system and honored the transfer to our hotel. I was traveling with my 75 year old mother and was very worried. They were helpful and understanding. Grazie!!
