Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Great. Booked a gondola ride in 4, 45 minutes at 155 euros.
I arrive half an hour early at the starting point to understand everything, and I already start the tour, since the gondolier was free.
Mr. FERRUCCIO with whom we did the tour and other guys who helped the descent from the gondola professional, smiling, courteous.
To try again.
95 euros for a boat trip with dinner (which has not been seen) I said everything
