Excellent service.. Not the easiest desk to find in Arrivals. Took us down the Grand Canal, what a way to discover Venice!

Wonderful customer service from there worker Alexa. Very kind and helpful through the whole process and also helping me by speaking with my hotel on what stop to meet me at and what time as I wasn't able to understand them. Highly recommend this company.

We use this company on our recent transfer to our hotel. It was booked by travel agencies and service was good, English of staff was Okay but service made up for it. We weren't told by travel agent that extra bags were charged at 5 euro.Only allowed one suitcase plus handbag.
