After over a month trying to get a few estimates to leave in July Mr.Alfonso writes me back telling me he is too busy to arrange July departures so basically he has no time for me.Unbelievable!Zero customer care and zero respect for other people.At least have the decency to advise immediately. Where I work (same industry!) you won't last a day. You are a joke!!

Just we returned from the tour in Cambodia and Vietnam "pearls of Vietnam", tt perfect !!! It was the first time we turned to an online agency and we had some doubts. Instead we have to thank Mr Alfonso who has followed in the organization of the trip, we fulfilling our every request including that of adding a stop-over for 2 nights tour in Bangkok, which has allowed us to review that beautiful city. A big thank you to Alfonso and his staff Certainly we will use its support also for prox proximities Bruna and Alberto
