Tufano is always a point of excellence and the store located in Volla is always well stocked and you always manage to buy products that cannot be found elsewhere. Plus the staff are very helpful. Here in October I bought the Apple Watch that cannot be found at the same Apple and today I picked up the previously booked ps5. Really congratulations to the director Luca for his extreme professionalism. I'll see you soon.
It is not the first time that I have bought something from Euronics a volla and I must say that every time I think the same thing, attentive, trained, friendly staff (which is very rare these days especially in our area) to complete the work of art the director * Luca * who puts you at ease and always seeks the best solution for you.

I was able to find the product I was looking for at a very competitive price compared to other operators in the sector. But what surprised me was the great professionalism and availability of the operators who managed to meet my needs. An applause goes to the Director of this store who manages to impress his collaborators with so much positivity, kindness, and reliability. I was very happy and highly recommend it.
I have never seen such a thing Courtesy, Speed, Professionalism all enclosed in a single shop, I was looking for a specific product they were able to give me 100 other useful explanations in addition to those already in my knowledge, in a few minutes the finance officer despite the opening hours. closing started the financing by giving me all the possible and imaginable explanations all this in just 5 minutes ..... What can I say are the best compliments 👍👍
I brought in an espresso pod machine for assistance, as the repair times got longer and I had to leave for the holidays, the manager replaced the product for me, avoiding the inconvenience. This is one of those few times that sellers in general show the same courtesy and attention before and after sales, for this I thank the staff but in particular the director.
