To say that they are not serious is an understatement! Today 13 04 2018 I took a day off because one of their "technicians" should have come at 10 in the morning for the installation of Sky Q, nobody showed up! I tried three thousand times to call both the cell phone of the technician who had contacted me to fix the appointment, and they to get some information, but they never answered me! To avoid!
