Historic oven in Riva Trigoso that offers traditional recipes and modern products. Excellent bread and dry biscuits, very popular the Genoese focaccia, also in the versions with onions and olives, or the delicious and very soft sweet focaccia. There are also cakes and pastries, as well as brioches and tarts. The offer is completed by two refrigerators with soft drinks and milk and fresh products such as butter, mozzarella, yogurt.

Certainly quality products and variety of offer are distinctive of this activity. Friendliness and efficiency of the attendants complement the activity. Unfortunately, the focaccia is not up to par in Genoese terms of quality!
