Competence and professionalism. Punctual and honest
August 2013: I asked if they could repair a Garelli motorcycle, I left them with a positive response. After 10 days, since they didn't call as they had promised, I passed. The bike was "ready" (note the quotation marks), they asked me 24 Euro for a candle change, oil refill and a note: The bike is not going, take it to a Garelli mechanic.
