Negative experience 1: Badly expelled from the ps 3 times in 5 months because according to the experts I have nothing, I return to the region of residence for excruciating pain and I operate urgently the next day. Negative experience 2: Specialist visit where the doctor asks me if I want to take an exam, I answer that if he deems it necessary I do it and he replies that he cannot force me. I answer that it's okay by asking myself who the doctor was. I repeat it 3 times because they said I wasn't doing it correctly. On the second attempt other doctors enter and transform the surgery into a market for high tone. On the third attempt they yell at me that it didn't go well and that I could leave. I wait for the report, ask for explanations and respond in the same way as before, preventing me from understanding. The doctor asks me if I have it personally with him. I answer him that I am an architect, not a doctor and if I don't understand he cannot answer me with the same previous words. Only there did kindness appear, apologizing and treating me as a person.

Health in Italy is already very bad. But in this hospital they outdid themselves. I've been trying for days to book an urgent orthopedic visit for my daughter. when I finally manage to speak to an operator, I discover that orthopedics are practically closed. The doctor and nurse who make the visits are on vacation. So from 29/6 to 11/7, there are no visits to Ferrara. All of this is ridiculous, my advice and you carefully avoid this property. There are hospitals that really deserve, this deserves to close as soon as possible.

X a large structure my opinion is all in all positive I met friendly people others a little less but I think it is so everywhere even outside hospitals
