Hopeless opening times! The bakery was across the street from my B&B but we never were able to buy bread. Sometimes the first batch of bread wasnt ready until noon!! Other days it was all gone by 8 am. Just go to the supermarket close by. They have fresh bread there as well!

E' uno dei pochi panifici che fa il pane con le farine il piu' possibile naturali e che lo cucina in un forno a legna rendendolo ancora piu' buono...e soprattutto con una crosta esterna che lo fa durare parecchi giorni ...buonissimo e arrivano da tutte le parti a prenderlo...c'e sempre la fila in attesa. Il titolare e' un tipo molto simpatico e particolare..proprio un bel connubio e la commessa e' molto gentile e soprattutto non perde mai la pazienza...proprio un bel connubio...vale la pena di andarci e aspettare..buonissime anche le pizze..

Poetry made Bread. Adriano is a baker outside the rules, who works to the sound of Pink Floyd, because he is an artist rather than a craftsman, and his products are famous throughout the area, even if not neighboring, because they are always good and sometimes excellent .... The perennial queuing outside the shop is a consequence of it .... The daughter, very good behind the counter (but also gets along with the oven ...) is the sweet and friendly face that compensates for the sometimes brusque ways of her father.

Well you don't need to be here to review the bread because you will already find many reviews about it, but a note about the "characters and the particular place" which deserves a minimum of 10 stars .. a place where time has stopped more than 50 years ago ... a marvel to be preserved as it is ... it is no coincidence that there is always a queue outside the art workshop, Yes! Just an Art Workshop ... why making such a bread is truly an art to be preserved ... I love whole wheat bread with seeds ..

The "Forno" di Lago deserves at least a stop! Even before entering, you savor the scent of bread ... Sometimes you meet the baker, very particular, nice! The bread, the pizzas, the pumpkin pandolce are Special! Like the top quality ingredients used ... Great!
