I purchased an outdoor washbasin cabinet ... I contacted the assistance for about 2 months ..... with countless phone calls ..... to date they do not deign to answer

I purchased an outdoor sink mod. MPD-VLS with washing machine cover closure, result it is impossible to load the fabric softener because who designed the cabinet did not take into account in most washing machines, the fabric softener is loaded from the front tray, therefore the cabinet is almost unusable.
