A loaf of bread, very good soft, really good at a cost of 1 euro. The typical Umbrian "bocconcello", with cheese, was exquisite, ideal to accompany salami and cold cuts, soft and tasty. Really all good. Even the Maritozzi alla Panna, just excellent. Trinari oven Gualdo Cattaneo Centro And Iron Bridge! Not to be missed.
