Il Filtro Magico 2.0

I was the week of August on holiday in Tuoro I bought my usual tobacco in this exercise and surprise I was asked for 30 cents more at the usual price, at my request for the reason I was told that they had increased, today I bought in the my city (still in Umbria) the same tobacco paying the price of always 6.20 I would like to know the reason for this unjustified increase, on a good owned by the state.
