Friendly, fast, but not very professional. Instead of repairing the rubber from the inside with the patch, they removed the screw, widening the hole more and inserted the lace. 🤔 I was also capable of doing this surgery, but if I came to you it is because I wanted a bit of professionalism. Thanks anyway!
