You were kind and helpful .. Then in October I called for the installation of the new satellite and you made me answer VERY DEFINITELY by one of your collaborators .. I felt even your annoyed voice under ... in short, you didn't want to know about satellite installations with insurance ... and when I tried to ask why you closed the phone in my face !!
