I happened by chance in front of this hardware store for a commission and was verbally assaulted by the owner in the vernacular. Most likely I could not stand in front of the store but I did not find any indication. I asked for explanations but the "very kind" gentleman, clearly frustrated, continued to rave with the support of his lady's cheer. An experience to forget, which emphasizes however how these people are not able to relate to the public.
