In mid-July, I buy a new sh 125 for my woman, in exchange we wanted to give a 1999 vespa 125 that is working but with the signs of aging. At that point I ask for an evaluation of the vehicle used before the purchase of the new vehicle, in response I am told that it is worthless and must be scrapped and that they took charge. Once the purchase of the new vehicle has been made, they withdraw the old one, ensuring that it was scrapped. After 2 weeks my partner (owner of the wasp to be scrapped) receives an email from maumoto who had to go to sign some papers urgently by a notary. My girlfriend unaware of what was going on goes. At that point he had to sign a sheet that allowed the dealership to sell the vehicle without being notified !!! My girlfriend signs the same and goes to complain to the dealer. The moral of the story is that we have been screwed and we have not earned a stump on the wasp and they have earned us !!! My fault is having trusted them and it is not a question of money but of principle. In all this the positive thing is that the new vehicle purchased is beautiful
