The shop is well stocked, has clothing, helmets and accessories for every need. Note the competence and availability of the owner, who knows how to manage every occasion with professionalism. To recommend.

Bad online shopping experience, in La Spezia and its province there are many similar shops where fairness, attention to the customer, education and seriousness are fundamental principles, but here they are unknown. It was not my intention but, given the response of the property (in the person of Mr. Alessandro) and the reference to the lack of "gratitude" of the undersigned, I insert for the benefit of the reader, the details of the story. 1) Seller on Ebay offering further discounts by managing the transaction privately. 2) Despite having immediately communicated the size error (and the terms of the law allowed it), he refuses to change / replace the helmet, citing as an excuse: "it was the last". Unlikely especially by those who boast of having direct contacts with the parent company LS2. After Sales ... 3) Telephone advice provided ?? Consequence of point 2: in order not to replace the product, an attempt is made to convince the unfortunate customer that readjusting a helmet with the wrong size is, for those who do something else in life, a 5-minute operation: textual words ... "just a bit of neoprene tape in hardware and 5 minutes of work" (consulted LS2 dealers have reported anything else). 4) He offers to do the work for free, shipping costs apart ... better than nothing, I send the helmet and I wait, communicating the urgency due to the breakage of the previous helmet: 2 months pass during which "disturbance" to get information no more than 3-4 times: only evasive answers "this week I was busy", "we are fixing it right now we hear" then no news, or "within this week we will call you back" then no call back, the best of all "we are waiting for the material" (but a simple hardware was not enough?). Exasperated and fed up with teasing, during a last contact, I remind them of the promise made and the time spent (over 2 months) for a blackmail response: "since he has no patience and disturbs us during the lunch break (it was 2 pm : 15), to get the helmet back you have to pay us 25 euros "... otherwise, they would have kept it! I also answer to keep it but to be ready to report them having (fortunately) proof of their promises and payments made: a week later the helmet is delivered to me readjusted, after having requested only the costs of their courier (high of course). 5) Last gem dated 28/2, after noticing the previous negative review Mr. Alessandro sends text messages containing textual words: "rabbit maladjusted" ... any comment is superfluous. Mr. Alessandro I confirm, his way of being is certainly and totally different from mine and fortunately, from that of thousands of serious, correct and polite shops and shopkeepers present in La Spezia and online. Total duration of the event 3 months, cost of the helmet 45 euros.
