At the acceptance very good employees, always kind and helpful. But today a disaster with the appointment for abdominal ultrasound. Although the acceptance took place more than punctually, the doctor showed up 20 minutes late !!! Then he was very kind and we have the accurate and precise result already in hand! UPDATE: Very shortly after the review I was contacted by the marketing manager who apologized on behalf of the property. Beautiful gesture that confirms the kindness, attention and concern of all the staff in CRP.

Ecg for a newborn. UPDATE: I was contacted by the manager a few hours after my review for clarification on what had ended well. An extra gesture that I believe gives value to the company. For the first time, I would say that for the taking of the app to the tel and acceptance they were excellent, friendly, fast and thorough. The only flaw I didn't like was the rush of the assistant / nurse which I felt a lot, even if she tried to hide it! I also work as an assistant in a studio and I am aware of the many critical issues that can arise, try not to "press" and pass on to the patient what we feel is part of our work. I know that having a newborn in front of you can be difficult especially if you don't have to deal with it every day but also say kindly "has he eaten? on the other hand "he could avoid it or tell me directly by not using the baby. All this for the legitimate haste she had at that moment (confirmed after the doctor entered and she announced that she had not yet prepared anything for the next patient).

Well organized center. New equipment. Those who answer the phone to request information are not always courteous ... UPDATE I was contacted by telephone by the marketing doctor who asked for information on what had happened and apologized for what had happened. Today I collected the results in 5 '. I therefore confirm the excellent organization. And for that small flaw I think the report will serve to further improve 👌

I have known this center for many years and have always enjoyed it! Good organization and kind and competent staff. The S.S.N can also be used where possible. I recommend it to everybody!!
