I can understand that the change of a software can create problems, but there are two cases, or the software is pitiful or the staff has not been informed in the correct way In the use, I don't think they are all unable to do their job. Two appointments are made for me with the same doctor and they make me pay, the doctor makes me an exam only because the other one is not his responsibility, you go down to the cup to be reimbursed, he tells me that they cannot reimburse, so he makes me another appointment that to say from the doctor I don't need to do it, I introduce myself to the appointment the doctor tells me that I am not marked, after two hours of waiting between the doctor and the cup I still don't know what to do ... congratulations !!! And work permits refunds us ???

Monday 10.08.2020 at 15 I go to the emergency room with ear pain after 5 hours of waiting I came in they tell me that Ottorino is not there and they call me Wednesday 12 at 9 always from the emergency room to send me to Ottorino. Arrived there they tell me that they don't get it. My question then why did you chemato me? Then you had a phone number at least one chemata right? Totally disappointed.

I introduce myself for a resonance on June 12th at 11.30 am. After two and a half hours of waiting and requesting information from several people including the CUP, they inform me that the car has failed and my appointment skips the queue at ... 30 July! We omit communication inefficiency, but is it possible that for a reason dependent on the service provider, it should end at the bottom of the list? Fortunately my problem is quite serious but not serious otherwise I would have to go to a private facility. It is absurd that you cannot re-enter the missed appointment perhaps the following week, with minimal discomfort for everyone

Waiting almost an hour and a half just to collect my daughter's x-ray. It is not possible .. They do not give timetables and you wait a lot of time. They do not find the plate and after a long time they decide to reprint it. And in the meantime, I've been waiting for almost two hours I have no words. Bad organization
