I bought an item in this shop which was ruined after a very short time. Unfortunately I did not have any assistance from the saleswoman who actually turned to me. I am sorry but it was a very negative experience. Courtesy first of all towards the customer, at least that.

I state that I really love the Swarovski creations and I am a loyal customer. Well about 1 year ago I bought a pendant at the Auchan store in Giugliano that I paid 130 euros, unfortunately it turned out to be a wrong purchase because the glitter came off, but trusting the prestigious name of the house and of course the guarantee I went to Giugliano to ask me to repair it, unfortunately the very unprepared clerk told me that he could send it to the parent company but it would have been useless as it was ruined by the water and the sweat.Aldila of the fact that a person buys a necklace to wear it what has not really gone down is the disgustiness and arrogance of the little tact of the shop assistant, to call it inadequate is little.I advise to change his job. I will buy more nothing in that store does not deserve.
