ANSWER TO THE OWNER: bho maybe I was wrong that I did not ask but one thing has never happened to me in any collection point of having to wait 1 hour to collect a package to the point. On the other hand, its employees know that it takes 5 minutes to collect an Amazon package could also have given me priority and unloaded the package. But then one of the 2 was 3 hours to book a train ticket for a customer ... a bit slow to me ...
