Not very serious staff .... not to say: not at all reliable! Television ordered and confirmed, with a deposit of 100 euros, with regular issue of the order receipt. The clerk tells me to come back a week later, the required shipping time. I go back to the shop after a week and the same person, with whom I spoke a week before, has the courage to tell me that the product is no longer available, asking me if I want the deposit back! Absolutely not recommendable at all!

Kindness and cordiality .. super helpful saleswoman despite the restrictions from covid and was super efficient in the appointment with the samsung assistance .. she made herself completely available and contacted the company in my place even though it was not her job .. professionalism and courtesy as always..

A well-stocked appliance store in the area, I have been a customer for many years and I have always found an adequate and friendly behavior on the part of the employees who are all young and experienced in the sector. I recommend it to everybody.
