I ate with friends a few nights ago ... awful pizza, in the center full of water it looked like something boiled and no flavor could be distinguished. I recommend to pay attention to the use of ingredients that release liquids on the pizza and to regulate ... In life I have been a chef for 30 years and I am also Neapolitan, whoever calls this Neapolitan pizza has not eaten anything yet. "waiters" annoyed and puffing, the customer is almost a burden.
