Incompetent, unreliable, seriousness less than 0, left on the ground after an hour and a half of waiting, after having contacted them at 8 am to ask where the bus stop in Montesilvano was (because otherwise you have to go to intuition) ... Seeing the delay I contacted Mrs. Mariagrazia who first said that the stop was in Chieti, then that they had come but that we were not there, then if we could go to Chieti ... and the last phone call that even the driver refused to return back to pick us up, crazy thing !!!! .... But I say even if the client had gone mad, you don't even bother to make a ring to understand why we weren't at the stop taking into account that it's an organized trip !!!! So be careful with those you play, you could also stay at the roadside restaurants or, as happened with us, don't leave !!!! Ps: I will immediately report to Mediaset for the lack of seriousness of this agency !!
