I don't want to exaggerate also because they will have a lot to learn, I can say that coming from traditions, the calzone did not seem like the top for the dough. While for the filling ok, excellent. So to improve at least the dough and especially the prices .. exponential for a slice. Panzerotti not bad, focaccia a little too thin and sweet, I hope it's a mistake that happened to me. Pizza by the meter there are cooking errors so mozzarella completely dehydrated and burnt.
