The cleanest self-service petrol station in Prato. Seen in person cleaning the pumps and the refueling gun. Excellent manual washing. Great prices.

LOW fuel prices, professionalism, kindness and education. I strongly recommend that you bring the machine to wash them (hand wash): you will not be disappointed for the favorable value for money (low).

I had entered more than positive comments for this distributor in the past but now I can only assign a star and if I could I would also assign zero. A week ago I entered 30 euros and the pump stopped immediately. The same happened to all the other pumps in sequence. I waited in vain with other people for at least 15 minutes to issue the receipt for a refund. Fortunately, pressing the F key, the machine issued us a receipt. IS AN ADDRESS FOR EMERGENCIES TO ASK TOO MUCH? I returned on Monday but the terminal was still out of order. OBVIOUSLY THE MANAGER WAS VERY WELL FROM GIVING ME THE REFUELING PERSONALLY OR AT LEAST REFUNDING THE 30 EUROS asking instead to return once the terminal has been repaired. BACK ON SUNDAY AND ENTER THE REFUND CODE THE TERMINAL DOES NOT ACCEPT IT. Ok; happy to get back the 30 euros and your apologies. I go from one to two stars but no more. You will also understand that almost two weeks have passed and it has taken five trips to solve the problem. Anyway thanks
