I have never met more grumpy and arrogant employees.I needed a simple certificate for the accountant (mortgage interest) at first they made it wrong (they gave me an isee form) when I came back to do it again, since I have the account in a branch of Salerno out of spite they told me: "do you have the bill in Salerno? Do it in Salerno" ... to be fired!

Absolutely to avoid,, staff never available,, on the phone never answer,, unclear internet banking,, soon I will close the account,, a ghost bank

This branch must be absolutely avoided, unprepared staff is not very attentive, totally detached from the needs of customers and I do not dwell on it otherwise I would become offensive.
