Negative experience, accompanied by an annoying attitude. I had to replace the battery with a watch of little value to my elderly mother: Marco took me 10 euros to replace a battery that costs 1 euro and 50 cents in the store. Work time: a few minutes, poor. I pointed out to him that in the other jewelers they always took me 5 euros and he replied that he pays taxes ... as if he were the only one sacrificed ... I didn't want to reply, but be careful because this hides an unpleasant mental attitude . There's no trust in a person like that. Avoid carefully. I repeat ... 10 euros to replace a battery ... there is no longer a real limit ... not to mention the embarrassment in the situation ... you are forced to suffer and shut up ... really unpleasant .. . just for greed ...

Goldsmith craftsman in Prato very good at creating jewelry both on his own design and on customer request. Wide assortment of jewelry and watches from multiple brands.

From Marco there are pieces of real craftsmanship, besides he is a professional Gemologist (I know the only one in Prato). It also has excellent quality watches and is always very kind.
