I think it is my duty to tell the events that have happened and I highly recommend choosing another costume jewelry after the poor service received by the Tani staff. The mother of a friend of mine recommended it to make holes in their ears, considering their promotion "two for € 15". My friend persuaded me and another girl (therefore more customers) to try the service in question. The two € 15 holes must be applied both to the same person and at a distance of half an hour maximum from each other. After having already made two holes, my other friend was a little 'uncertain about where to apply the earrings and after not even 10 minutes of comparison on any position, the clerk / owner says: "baby I have no time to waste here, I have to work with, I have other things to do! " And addressing the indecisive in question: "come on, decide!" Ah, we point out that the shop was empty, we were the only customers. After this little elegant statement two friends who had accompanied us in the store go out indignant, while the three of us wait to finish the paid holes. To my hesitant customer, after having made the first hole, the disinfectant wipes falls off and kindly asks the clerk / owner to replace it, the reply received was: "only this costs two euros, turn it over and use it on the contrary!". I had not yet decided to leave the store, this happened after a while, when I am attacked because apparently, not understanding of holes, I could not give advice to my friend. At that point, yes, I leave the store. In short, the contractor / owner Tani in an afternoon has lost 5 customers, but this does not seem to interest her because once everyone has whispered to my friend: "I recommend next time you come with your mother not with these girls!". Marketing is all about Tani costume jewelry!
