I’ve been a client of them for a while... i had different situations that weren’t resolved at all. Very pure customer care. And the last point was one week ago. When I came to pick up my suit, I decided to control it because previously I had a plenty of cases when my items weren’t in perfect conditions after their treatments. The woman that is working there was a bit angry about this fact, telling me that all the items were controlled by them self before giving to a client. As the result.... no button on my suit and the answer of the stuff: it’s can happen, we are not responsible for your buttons... This could seems a small problem...from one point, but if I’m coming to professionals I’expecting well done work and perfect items back. I’m paying for the service. I have no time calling them, coming back .... and resolving their mistakes. If you need to wash a blanket they will do it. But If you have the items of value I don’t recommend this place at all.

We respond to his statement yesterday evening about our porch you wasted. We are expert campers since the 70s and we have always cleaned and dried the verandas very well before putting them in a plastic bag until the following season, but such a thing never happened. If the veranda has become moldy and discolored it means that it has been stored still wet and no one has the roof to open the sack on delivery. We were probably wrong to trust.

To avoid. Porch of the ruined caravan. Taken to wash at the end of the past summer season, it was packed still wet and at the time of opening it was moldy, discolored and had a cut on the fabric. We went in person to point out the problem with photos as well, but the lady didn't want to see the worn product either. I understand that they are things that can happen but have the arrogance not even to ascertain the problem by blaming the guilty customer according to them for not having kept the veranda in a right place (which is not true) or not having noticed the drying at the moment of delivery, it doesn't seem professional to me at all. Maybe it was enough to take a look at the product and propose a new wash, maybe even apologizing.
