They ruined a raincoat by dry cleaning it and removing the waterproofness, plus discolouring it. After having pointed this out to him, they offered me a pass of waterproofing spray and a "maybe you should have washed it with water" ... maybe you should know ... considering the price the professionalism is not adequate
