Little cute church ... the only thing that bothers you in the place are the many antennas ...

The first church built on this site dates back to the year 884 while the current building is from 1959. The church inside houses the two venerated statues of Sant'Elia and Maria Santissima della Montagna. Externally it has a gabled façade without windows and without ornaments, with the exception of two zigzag bands of bricks, placed above the raised entrance door three steps above the outside. The church is covered by a gabled roof, with a roof covering in Portuguese tiles. The bell tower is located on the left side, near the church ancillary rooms. With a square base, it shows two overlapping openings, arched in the round, and a cuspidate roof. Very pretty and characteristic

With a square base by origin, as it was built in the Byzantine era, we are around the year 1000. Small and graceful, rebuilt in modern times.
