There must be two details, in a public place, that can attract customers: kindness and elegance in the premises. I hope that the owner (if he was behind the counter) had a bad day, as we all can have it. Because I've never seen a coffee being prepared with so much indifference, so that I hope I will not get back to that place anymore.
