Before and I believe last experience with this agency, very disappointed. Staff not attentive to the needs of the customer, specifically Go train departure from Florence Smn 7:33> 10.25 arrival in Naples central hydrofoil to Ischia Casamicciola set at 13:30 3 hours and 5 minutes after arriving at Naples station, on Sunday, loads of suitcases and backpacks. transport from pier to station not provided by the agency (customer adaptation spirit) Hotel with dilapidated rooms and poor menu of contents rated 4 stars in reality a B & B. Moving to the island not foreseen by the agency, we had to take care of how to move around without a few problems. Return 3 hours of waiting between arrival of hydrofoil to Beverello 11:30 am and train back to Florence at 14:55 unanticipated shift (3 hours and 25 minutes waiting for Sunday in the city of Naples with suitcases and backpacks). In essence, the agency has managed to complicate even the simple things to be fixed as a hydrofoil and hotel train.
