I have known the family that have run this business for many years, they are nice people and hard workers. Entering the shop you immediately feel the scent of freshly baked croissants that makes you water ... And then all the cakes and pastries are a delight for the eyes as well as for the palate. The flavors are those of the past .. I also made my wedding cake from them! Familiarity, quality, authenticity and professionalism !!

I went to Dolce e Salato for my birthday. I took the Sicilian cannons stuffed on the spot, very good! I've seen many other super inviting-looking sweets: cassata, cakes, almond biscuits! A corner of Sicily in Collegno, to try!

Sicilian cannoli so good and fresh I had only eaten them in Sicily! Very kind staff and possibility to book cakes and pretzels for birthday parties ... super recommended! 😋
